PayPal is currently fixing a glitch that does not display nor add the cost of Shipping & Handling, postage, insurance, and Delivery Confirmation we normally add to the price of each Book Order. Temporarily, when you place an order please check to see if the additional charges have been added; if they have not please Email TPC from our Homepage so that we can set up a special order link for you with the correct amount displayed. Sorry, but we will not fill orders without receiving payment for the Shipping charges. (None of us are THAT lucky!) As soon as PayPal finds their intermittent glitch all will be back to normal. Thanks for your patience. And, for the inconvenience we will discount your order 10% off our listed price -- not bad for simply sending us an Email. Remember, we only ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.


For the last nine years, TPC and its subsidiaries have used the same Credit Card Processing Company for handling customer and student orders. However, in order to keep up with technology, TPC has now switched its order handling process to that of PayPal's Secure Ordering Shopping Cart. Whether you want to use your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Card, or personal check (requires time for clearing through PayPal), PayPal makes placing your order with TPC easy and secure. Even if you are not a PayPal member, TPC's PayPal "Add to Cart" links provide you with the easiest and most secure method of paying Online -- only PayPal sees your personal and confidential information during the ordering process; TPC simply receives your Shipping Address and Order Selection for shipping. According to PayPal's Seller Protection Guidelines, you must have a "Confirmed Address" registered with PayPal before we will process your order.

If you live or want to order for addresses outside the United States of America we no longer ship outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We suggest you contact someone living within our shipping area and have them order and then ship your books/Course materials to you. We will still support your purchases just like everyone else, but the cost of international packaging, plus shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation is usually more than the international student wants to pay; they can have a relative or friend ship it to them for much less than we would be required to charge. We appreciate your understanding that we are trying to save you money AND keep you as a student. ~;-)

We ship solely via Priority USPS -- all charges are based on the guidelines and tables established by the USPS. The 48 contiguous states and D.C. receive their orders within 2-5 business days, while Hawaii and Alaska must wait a few more days for the USPS to reach them. No matter where you live in the US, you can't get much farther away than Florida.

So, rest assured that your order is safe and secure when you click on any of the "Add to Cart" buttons you see with each of TPC's offerings. You can even send TPC special instructions and information in case you want to 'specialize' your order, i.e. signed copies or dedications to that special someone.
